TTLock App

• TTLock App is a popular and secure mobile app for managing smart locks. It is very easy to use and manages lock functions, users and keeps track of user activities.
• TTLock App must be installed in your phone by downloading the App from the Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store, this app will be required to setup your lock.
• Add fingerprints, PINs, view user access records, etc.
• Battery level monitoring.
• PIN codes can be permanent, temporary, cyclic, or one-time.
• Optional add-on paid services (requires additional fee) for realtime notifications (SMS and emails) are available as options, these are for tracking situations which require urgent attention.

• You can order your smart locks in this website by clicking the "Add To Cart" button for the smart lock you have chosen and filling up your contact details and home address. Your data with us is safe guarded through SSL certificate encryption and stored in our secured server with security measures in place.
• No upfront payment or deposit payment is required when you place your order in this website.
• Once we received your order, we will contact you to confirm your existing lock type, dimensions to check its suitability. You may need to send us photos of your existing locks if required for us to check their suitability.
• After confirmation of the lock suitability, we will arrange an installation date with you. 
• The installation date will be subjected to our work schedules.

Payment:

• No upfront payment or deposit is required when you order.
• Payment will be made upon the delivery and installation of the smart locks.
• You can pay by: Cash, PayNow, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Installation

• We will contact you with an installation date and require your confirmation.
• Once we confirmed the installation date, we will schedule our installer personnel to arrive at your home at the scheduled time. Please allow some tolerance of about 15 to 20 minutes due to issues arising from traffic conditions or delay due to previous installation work. Thank you for your kind understanding.
• During installation, some noise and dust are expected as drilling is involved. We will assist with cleaning the dust from the drilling of doors and gates after installation.
• You are required to install TTLock App before or on the day of installation. Please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for "TTLock" and install it.
• We will setup your new smart lock to have the latest firmware, add the new smart lock to TTLock, add you as the Admin user, add your fingerprint, and check if they are working fine.
• We will give you a brief walk-through on how to use your new smart lock after the installation.

Warranty:

• The warranty period is 2 years from the date of installation.
• This warranty covers manufacturer defects in the locks and the repair or replacement service during the warranty period.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damages caused to the locks, or usage that is outside the normal usage and care of the locks.
